Role Description

micro1 is engaging experienced paralegals to contribute to a client's AI training initiative. Your legal expertise is what matters here - no prior AI experience required.

• Apply your paralegal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems on legal work.
• Work through realistic legal tasks:
  • Document review
  • Research
  • Citation verification
  • Document preparation
• Explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
• Apply detailed protocols consistently and flag cases that the rules don't cover.
• Identify ambiguous tasks or questions needing an attorney's judgment.
• Review work from other contributors for accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver assigned work on schedule and at the required quality level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paralegal experience in litigation, corporate, or regulatory practice.
• Direct experience with document review, legal research, and citation verification.
• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional background.
• Comfortable working across multiple documents at once and spotting inconsistencies between them.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Experience with legal data projects, e-discovery platforms, or structured review protocols is a plus.
• AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Weekly commitment: ~10+ hours per week - organize them however works for you.
• Location: Remote - open worldwide to paralegals with U.S. practice experience.

Benefits
