Role Description

This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for those located in Florida or Texas.

Jenkins Law is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active casework from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of their work.

You will play a key role in keeping cases moving forward, ensuring documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and attorneys are supported with high-quality legal work.

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date
• Track deadlines, court dates, and filings to ensure compliance with all timelines
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties as needed
• Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordination
• Maintain accurate records within case management systems

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability are critical to success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation
• Strong knowledge of legal processes, documentation, and court procedures
• Experience with drafting legal documents and managing case files
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience with e-discovery tools or document management platforms
