Role Description

Our small-to-medium-sized plaintiff’s personal injury law firm maintains a nationwide practice, with attorneys licensed in multiple states. We regularly consider candidates for both remote roles and in-person positions at our Bel Air, Maryland office.

The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Intaking new clients
• Drafting and following up on new client paperwork
• Communicating with clients to gather or provide information
• Ordering and following up on medical records
• Reviewing medical records
• Assisting with preparation of demand packages
• Coordinating with providers and lienholders
• Managing deadlines and case-related tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions
• Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Adaptable and tech-savvy
• Eager to learn new systems
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general document handling
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Legal experience is helpful but not required
