Role Description

You will run the mechanics of contested matters so deadlines and records are never the problem.

• Own the litigation calendar and all statutory and court deadlines
• Prepare and track propounded discovery and discovery responses
• Manage subpoenas, records requests, and third-party productions
• Schedule depositions and prepare deposition and hearing materials
• Build trial and hearing binders and manage exhibits
• Maintain pleading indexes and case chronologies

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• California Code of Civil Procedure deadline practice (preferred)
• Probate, trust, or estate litigation experience (preferred)
• Trial preparation support (preferred)

Benefits

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
