[Hiring] Litigation Paralegal @CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm

Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseload.

• A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
• Drafting Discovery Responses
• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
• Calendaring litigation timelines
• Conducting status update calls with clients
• Client update calls
• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
• Assist in trial preparation
• Verified litigation experience.
• Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice and PACFile e-filing preferred; Philadelphia Complex Litigation Center experience a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Fast typing skills
• Outgoing and energetic self-starter

Requirements

• Experience in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with litigation timelines and processes
• Ability to conduct client communications effectively
