Role Description

This role involves working as an experienced litigation paralegal in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.

• Communicating with clients
• Preparing demand packages
• Drafting and filing complaints and other pleadings
• Preparing and responding to discovery
• Coordinating with experts
• Reviewing and summarizing medical records and discovery materials
• Managing case calendars and court deadlines
• Preparing trial-related materials

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions
• Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Adaptable and tech-savvy
• Eager to learn new systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general document handling
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Prior litigation experience is strongly preferred
