Role Description

Position: Litigation Lawyer (Spain)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $140–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: ~10 hours

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses by running the same prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.
• Compare outputs from both platforms side by side to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Score each response against a standardized rubric provided by the team.
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation to improve AI model performance.
• Work independently and adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Primarily law-firm experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in litigation, disputes, or contentious practice.
• Qualified to practise in Spain (colegiado/a) with a strong command of Spanish litigation and procedural law.
• Native or fluent Spanish, with precise written communication.
• Ability to work independently to a rubric and meet deadlines.
