[Hiring] Legal IT Support Specialist @Corcoran Smith Law Corp.

Role Description

You will keep the firm technology environment secure, available, and supportable.

• Administer Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including accounts and access control
• Enforce multifactor authentication, device standards, and least-privilege access
• Verify backups and test restores on a set schedule
• Support VPN, remote access, and endpoint configuration
• Provide help desk support to firm staff on U.S. business hours
• Support security awareness training and incident response documentation

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• Microsoft 365 administration and Intune or comparable MDM
• Experience with law firm confidentiality and data security requirements
• Security certifications

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
