Role Description

We are currently seeking a Remote Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential to creating a strong first impression and ensuring a smooth, supportive intake experience.

• Location: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Minnesota Time)
• Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential family law clients
• Conduct initial intakes with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Accurately collect and document client information
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys
• Follow up with prospective clients and no-shows
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication at all times
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process

Qualifications

• Prior experience in legal intake, client services, call center work, or high-empathy sales preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with care and discretion
• Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
• Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and intake systems
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
