Role Description
Get Linked UP is recruiting a Legal Intake Specialist on behalf of our client, a fast-growing legal services firm seeking a confident and detail-oriented professional to join their remote team.
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential legal clients
- Conduct legal intakes and gather case-related information
- Qualify leads and assess case eligibility
- Schedule consultations with attorneys
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in sales or client-facing roles (legal intake experience preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
- Target-driven and highly organised
Requirements
- Fully remote position
- Aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Shift starts at 5:00 PM (EST)
- Weekend availability required
