Role Description

• Provide direct, confidential support to firm leadership.
• Manage the principal calendar, meetings, and travel.
• Triage the inbox, draft correspondence, and track follow-ups to completion.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing notes.
• Handle confidential client and firm correspondence with discretion.
• Coordinate vendors, subscriptions, billing, and firm administrative matters.
• Run recurring reporting and reminder systems for the principal.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm.
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• A professional, private, quiet home office.
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection.
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift.
• A laptop less than five years old.

Requirements

• Prior support of a managing partner, owner-attorney, or executive (preferred).
• Experience handling high-sensitivity and privileged material (preferred).
• Strong written English suitable for client-facing correspondence (preferred).

Benefits

• Compensation: PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility.

We build long-term remote teams in the Philippines to support our U.S. practice. You will work directly with U.S. attorneys and staff on live client matters, on U.S. business hours, from your own professional home office.
