[Hiring] Legal Counsel @Ascen

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Legal Counsel. The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice
• Negotiating contracts
• Preparing legal documents
• Addressing legal issues, especially around employment law and compliance

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance and provide strategic legal guidance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment, and you will have substantial contact with external customers.

Qualifications

• Substantial Employment Law Experience
• Ability to provide Legal Advice and guidance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
