[Hiring] Legal Consultant - M&A @Axiom Talent Platform

Role Description

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience on a part-time basis to join our ranks and support our clients:

• Lead and support M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing, working with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Circa 5-10 years’ PQE experienced in advising/supporting M&A transactions from financial institutions/corporates/law firms.
