[Hiring] Legal Consultant - Contract Drafting & Legal Advisory @Lamdax

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts in compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations. The consultant will support the company on a project/task basis by preparing, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents and agreements for immediate business use.

• Draft, review, and finalize legal contracts and agreements aligned with Saudi regulations.
• Prepare board member agreements for both Saudi and non-Saudi individuals.
• Review existing contracts and provide legal amendments and recommendations.
• Ensure all legal documents are compliant, enforceable, and ready for immediate use.
• Provide legal consultation and guidance on company agreements, policies, and documentation.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Saudi labor, corporate, and commercial contract drafting.
• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling agreements involving Saudi and non-Saudi board members.
• Ability to deliver legally sound and business-ready documents independently.
• Excellent legal writing skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Requirements

• This is a freelance/project-based role.
• Compensation will be provided per legal task or assignment, such as:
• Drafting contracts and delivering finalized versions ready for immediate use.
• Reviewing and editing existing agreements to ensure legal compliance and finalization.
• Providing legal consultations related to contracts, agreements, or company documents.
• The consultant will be engaged based on business needs and specific legal requirements.
