Role Description

We are looking for experienced US-qualified legal professionals to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project focused on realistic legal work. The role involves:

• Creating, reviewing, and refining expert-level legal tasks and solutions across contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research.
• Applying practical legal judgment and working against defined quality rubrics.
• Incorporating reviewer feedback to ensure outputs are accurate, clear, and representative of real legal workflows.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 6 weeks

COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote, USA

PROCESS: Application form, AI Interview

COMPENSATION: $400/task (10-12h to complete)

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of legal practice experience, ideally at Associate level.
• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• Active US bar admission.

Requirements

• Strong experience with contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research.
• Strong legal reasoning and issue-spotting ability.
• Ability to analyze complex legal matters and produce practical written outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication.
• Ability to incorporate structured feedback and work against defined quality standards.
