[Hiring] Legal Assistant / Client Support Analyst @Juno

Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated and focused person with recent experience (i.e. last 12 months) either working in an estate agency or legal experience in residential conveyancing to join our fast-growing law firm.

This is a high-volume, phone-based role at the heart of our client experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients on the phone, providing clear and confident updates, answering questions about the conveyancing process, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed.

You’ll need a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process - whether that’s from working in a conveyancing team or from a sales progression role within an estate agency.

You’ll understand how transactions move forward, what can cause delays, and what clients, agents and lenders typically need.

This is a work-from-home role with normal full-time working hours between 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients each day
• Provide accurate updates and explain next steps in a clear, reassuring way
• Manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy
• Work closely with our legal teams to escalate complex matters appropriately
• Chase clients, other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents and information
• Upload legal documents and case information to our system

Qualifications

• Recent, relevant experience in residential conveyancing or estate agency sales progression is essential
