Role Description
- Anfertigung von Schriftsätzen nach Diktat
- Fristenkontrolle und zuverlässige Überwachung von Wiedervorlagen
- Vereinbarung und Koordination von Terminen
- Erstellung von Vertragsentwürfen anhand vorhandener Muster
- Bearbeitung von allgemeinen Büroaufgaben und Büroorganisation
- Unterstützung im Notarbereich
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Programm RA-MICRO
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Rechtschreibung
- Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
