Role Description

The client is seeking a Legal Assistant to support both intake and client relations. This role includes:

• Handling incoming calls, screening and qualifying leads
• Scheduling consultations
• Assisting with client questionnaires and documentation
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients
• Ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout their case journey

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
• Comfortable handling high-volume client interactions
• Availability to work full time Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
• High level of integrity and accountability

Requirements

• Experience in Social Security Disability, Veterans Affairs, Personal Injury, or Workers Compensation cases (preferred)
• Associate’s Degree or higher (law-related education is a plus but not required)
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume legal environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems (preferred)

Benefits

• Full-time work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (PST)
