Role Description
- Responsible for daily activities for self and offshore team
- Includes responding to user queries, access provisioning, claiming domains, etc.
- Communicate with users, if needed

Support the client in other infrastructure related activities, e.g.:
- OKTA migration
- AD consolidation
- Integrations with other systems
- Create scripts using API
- Manage overall communication with the clients and drive status meetings
- Drive weekly status reporting for these apps
- Work with offshore team to prepare the weekly status deck
- Attend weekly status meetings and step in if client needs any clarification
- Serve as the point of contact for all escalations
- Experience with Adobe Sign, iManage, Palo Alto, Workshare, Avvoka, eDocs, and Law Manager, and supporting Legal Apps is needed
