Role Description

Responsible for daily activities for self and offshore team, including:

• Responding to user queries
• Access provisioning
• Claiming domains
• Communicating with users, if needed
• Supporting the client in other infrastructure related activities, e.g.:
• OKTA migration
• AD consolidation
• Integrations with other systems
• Creating scripts using API
• Managing overall communication with the clients and driving status meetings
• Driving weekly status reporting for these apps
• Working with offshore team to prepare the weekly status deck
• Attending weekly status meetings and stepping in if client needs any clarification
• Serving as the point of contact for all escalations

Experience with the following is needed:

• iManage
• Palo Alto
• Workshare
• Avvoka
• eDocs
• Law Manager
• Supporting Legal Apps
