Role Description
We are looking for an experienced lawyer to ensure quick and effective resolution of legal matters and maintain legal documentation in order.

Liaise with external legal support providers, company secretaries and registered agents in relation to corporate maintenance matters, legal documentation flow, and the incorporation and ongoing administration of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions;

Participate in corporate governance procedures, including the preparation, review and coordination of corporate documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, meeting minutes and other related materials;

Support the management and resolution of client complaints, regulatory requests and other official inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate handling;

Draft, review and amend a broad range of agreements, legal documents and related correspondence;

Handle legal matters related to trademark infringements and support the protection of the Companyβs intellectual property rights;

Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on various legal, regulatory and corporate matters;

Assist the Head of Legal with day-to-day legal operations and perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications

3-5 years of legal experience in business environment;

Bachelor or master degree in law;

English at a professional level (especially legal & business language);

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents in English;

Good knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures;

Good business communication skills;

High responsibility and attention to detail.
Requirements

Legal knowledge and experience in forex and crypto fields (additional skills that will give an advantage).
