Role Description

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Lawyer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT, FinTech, corporate and international contract law (the majority of the work will be governed by English and EU law);
• Knowledge of VISA and Mastercard rules, PSD2, AML and CTF regulations will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements (merchant services agreements, marketing agreements, agency agreements, etc.);
• Strong interest in working on genuinely complex matters and developing in-depth expertise in various areas of law;
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and willing to take responsibility and work to deadlines;
• Confident user of legal research databases and platforms (Liga, LexisNexis Juris Classeur, Westlaw International, vLex, etc.).

Requirements

• Providing legal advice on commercial contracts, participating in negotiations, and handling related legal matters;
• Drafting and reviewing FinTech-related agreements, as well as intellectual property rights assignment agreements, MSAs, SLAs, Gateway service agreements, etc.;
• Drafting and reviewing various documents required for the day-to-day operations of companies, including applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions, etc.;
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing relevant reports;
• Providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s business processes.
