Role Description

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for its California office. Seeking both Associate and Partner level applicants.

• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in drafting and responding to discovery.
• Preparing for and conducting depositions, mediations, motions, and trial preparation.
• Experience defending construction defect, commercial, general, and professional liability matters.
• Familiarity with standard legal billing practices.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California and a member in good standing with the state bar.

This role can be fully remote or a flexible hybrid work environment (3 in-office / 2 remote days per week) but the candidate must reside in the state of California.

Salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience. NO CALLS PLEASE. NO AGENCY SUBMISSIONS.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• Member in good standing with the state bar.
• Experience in relevant legal matters.
