[Hiring] Head of International Contracts Division @Evoplay

Role Description

As part of scaling our legal team, we are looking for a Head of International Contracts who will lead this function, drive its strategic development, and establish efficient processes for managing international agreements, supporting the company’s continued global growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT, FinTech, GameDev, corporate or international contract law;
• Strong experience working with English and EU law frameworks;
• Ability to support sales teams and work with enterprise-level contracts;
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively;
• Experience with M&A transactions will be considered a strong advantage;
• Advanced legal writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian;
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of lawyers within the International Contracts Division;
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units;
• Advise on commercial and international contracts and participate in negotiations;
• Structure and support M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing SPA, SHA, LOI and related documentation;
• Participate in various international legal projects and provide strategic legal support.
