Medical Records Management:

Request, track, and organize medical records and bills from providers and vendors.

Summarize records and assist in preparing medical timelines or narratives.

Discovery Support:

Draft preliminary interrogatory responses and requests for production.

Coordinate with clients to gather answers and documents.

Demand Preparation:

Compile medical records and bills.
-
Assist in drafting demand letters for attorney review.

Litigation Support:

Schedule depositions and case events.

Assist with document production and case preparation.

Submit electronic court filings.

Client Communication:

Maintain proactive contact with clients to gather updates, obtain documentation, and provide case status updates.

Systems Management:

Maintain organized case files and notes in Clio and internal document systems.

Workflow Management:

Manage deadlines and high-volume case tasks while following established SOPs.

Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications

2β3+ years with personal injury cases in a U.S. law firm.

Proficiency in Clio, Microsoft Office, and Gmail.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using digital tools.

Must be available to work U.S. Eastern business hours (8:00 AMβ5:00 PM), MondayβFriday.
