[Hiring] Florida Real Estate/HOA/Condo Association Litigation Paralegal Opportunity @The Freelance Firm, LLC

Role Description

We are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Real Estate / HOA / Condo Litigation Paralegal.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10–20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in Florida real estate litigation matters
• Strong experience handling HOA and condo association matters
• Experience with real estate litigation matters such as foreclosure, quiet title, eviction, and related disputes
• Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including discovery, filings, and case management
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to support attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs

Requirements

• Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour
