Role Description

Family Law firm looking for solicitor 5+ years PQE to work remotely between 4 - 36 hours per month.

Seeking Family Solicitor to assist clients on a wide range of private family and children matters. Working 4 - 36 hours per month.

This exciting opportunity presents a rare chance for an ambitious and technically skilled solicitor who wishes to undertake flexible remote work around other commitments.

Salary is dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE
• Able to work independently
• A strong team player
• Self-motivated
• Enthusiastic

Requirements

• Strong experience in all aspects of private family law including:
• Divorce and Dissolution
• Financial Matters Associated with Divorce and Dissolution
• Unmarried Couples and Cohabitants
• Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements
• Domestic Abuse
• Child Arrangement Orders
• Other Children Act matters
