Role Description

Groom Law Group seeks to add an associate with commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans and investigations by federal agencies.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Superior academic credentials
• Exceptional writing ability
• Employee benefits experience is a plus but not required
