Role Description

We are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Employment Litigation Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employment Law
• Familiar with all aspects of Employment Law
• Federal experience a plus
• Manage cases from start to finish
• High-level drafting
• Hearing coverage support (depending on location)
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently

Requirements

• Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
