Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for mid to senior-level attorneys for its Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. The practice involves cutting edge litigation addressing novel legal issues, primarily involving data breach and technology litigation, both direct and class action.

• Candidates must have at least 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation.
• Law firm experience and CIPP/US certification is highly preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA.
• Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation and technology/errors and omissions litigation is essential.
• Candidates must possess an excellent academic background, with strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who is able to handle matters from inception with minimal supervision.
• A commitment to superior client service is essential.

Qualifications
