Role Description
We are actively seeking a Corporate Counsel to join the Legal department’s North American (NAMER) Transactions team within the Americas region. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.
The Corporate Counsel will join our NAMER team of commercial transactions counsel and will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, amendments, vendor-facing service agreements, licensing agreements, and other contracts to support the company’s business.

Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help close transactions efficiently and in alignment with the company’s policies and business objectives.

Providing other legal services and advice to the company as needed.
Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience as a commercial transactions attorney in private practice, in-house, or preferably a mix of both.

Exceptional written and verbal communications abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Sound judgment and decision-making.

Ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements

Experience supporting an internal sales organization and commercial deal process.

Experience advising on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technology issues in the context of commercial transactions, technology contracting, or product counseling.

Experience handling intellectual property and technology-related issues.

Experience working for a tech or tech-adjacent company.
