Role Description

We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys from top-tier BigLaw firms to contribute their legal expertise to an AI training project. The role involves:

• Reviewing complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and capital markets.
• Analyzing legal scenarios and providing accurate, detailed assessments.
• Evaluating commercial litigation materials, legal principles, and procedural issues.
• Assessing legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches.
• Annotating and categorizing legal data to support AI training and evaluation.
• Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice standards.
• Collaborating with project teams and reviewers to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Current or recent experience (within the past three years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
• Expertise in corporate law, M&A, private equity, capital markets, or commercial litigation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Experience in legal data annotation or rubric-based review is an advantage.

Requirements

• Substantial BigLaw experience.
• Strong transactional and corporate law expertise.
• Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and provide precise, well-reasoned feedback independently.
