[Hiring] Contracts Specialist/Contracts Attorney @Employbridge

Role Description

A national staffing company is seeking an addition to its Contracts team. This position will be 100% remote. The Contracts Specialist or Contracts Attorney will be responsible for:

• Reviewing incoming contracts for compliance with company standards.
• Monitoring various agreements at different stages of review.
• Focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and fast turnaround time.
• Managing 50-100 requests daily from nationwide team members at various stages of review.

Qualifications

• Two years of contract review experience including reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents/contracts.
• Experience with vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Experience with data privacy rules and regulations is a plus.
• J.D. with admission to at least one state bar preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to take ownership of assigned projects. Deadline-oriented.
• Ability to conduct legal research.
