[Hiring] Contracts Specialist @Exponential Technology Group

Role Description

The Contracts Specialist is accountable for managing, with manager input, all contract administration activities across multiple XTG entities, including:

• Contract reviews
• Maintenance
• Reporting
• Lifecycle management

This individual partners with internal stakeholders to provide recommendations and guidance regarding:

• Contractual obligations
• Legal language
• Compliance requirements
• Business risk

The role is also responsible for collecting, compiling, and reporting sustainability and ESG data to support corporate responsibility initiatives and sustainability reporting requirements in alignment with ISO 26000.

This is a remote position with the ideal candidate located in the DFW market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a contract review role required
• In lieu of experience, candidates with a Juris Doctor (JD) will be considered
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
