-
Manage contract execution via e-signature platforms and ensure fully executed agreements are properly filed.
-
Maintain the contract repository with accurate metadata, including key dates, renewal terms, pricing, and obligations.
-
Respond to internal requests for contract lookups, summaries, or status updates from the business.
-
Support basic data privacy and security documentation requests, such as DPAs and security questionnaires, under guidance from Legal.
-
Help maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks, including AI-specific terms such as data usage, model training, and IP.
-
Identify process inefficiencies and support initiatives to improve contracting speed and accuracy.
-
Assist with special projects such as audits, due diligence, or contract migrations.
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, sales operations, or a paralegal role, ideally at a SaaS or technology company.
-
Familiarity with standard SaaS commercial terms, such as subscriptions, order forms, and SLAs, is a plus.
-
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad) and e-signature platforms (DocuSign) preferred.
-
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
-
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a high volume of documents and competing deadlines.
