[Hiring] Contracts Lead @Honeywell

Role Description

As a Contracts Lead here at Honeywell, you will handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including:

• Drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex supplier agreements.
• Reporting directly to our Procurement Asst General Counsel.
• Working in Puerto Rico on a Remote work schedule.
• Impacting Honeywell's contract management function and overall business operations.
• Ensuring final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes.
• Conducting business with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing and negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• 6+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting complex contractual documents to support business growth and compliance.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools to streamline contract lifecycle processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• J.D. with contracts experience.
• Experience working within corporate functions and supporting business operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions with attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations and make timely decisions balancing information.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with AI powered tools for contract review, drafting and analysis.
