[Hiring] Contract Specialist @MCD Global Health

Role Description

This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide.

Provides administrative and technical support for contract development, execution, tracking, documentation, and compliance for one of Maine’s largest rural healthcare initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documents
• Maintain contract database
• Track deliverables
• Coordinate signatures
• Process amendments
• Monitor deadlines
• Organize documentation
• Prepare reports
• Support procurement activities
• Assist closeout

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years contract administration
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience supporting contracts, grants, or compliance functions preferred
