[Hiring] Contract Legal NBI & Data Quality Specialist @Naviga

Role Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented NBI Systems & Data Assistant to support their critical risk management function during a temporary leave of absence. This is a remote, 3-to-6-month contract role designed to provide immediate operational coverage and ensure strict data integrity across incoming conflict reviews and new business processes. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting firm operations by:

• Validating data accuracy
• Resolving inconsistencies
• Facilitating seamless cross-departmental communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in quality control, data management, or risk compliance within a law firm, corporate legal department, academic institution, or similar professional environment.
• Strong proficiency with business communication and data management tools, with preference given to candidates holding experience with InTapp or similar legal intake/conflicts software.
• Demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and systematically resolve integrity issues.
• Meticulous attention to detail with proven skills in prioritizing competing tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Paralegal Certificate preferred.
