Role Description
The Contract & Corporate Generalist is a versatile corporate legal generalist role for an experienced professional who enjoys hands-on contract review and negotiation, procurement support, and a broad range of corporate legal and compliance work.
-
This position serves as the first-line reviewer for direct and indirect procurement contracts, representing at least 50% of the role.

At least 40% of the role is dedicated to paralegal support across the Legal divisions and overflow assistance for other support team members.
-
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, can readily shift among tasks and projects, and is committed to supporting colleagues.
-
This is a generalist, not a subject-matter expert role.
-
The remaining 10% is reserved for emerging tasks and projects where paralegal skills can add the most value.

-
Comfortable and efficient operating within various legal systems (e.g., CLM, workflow, and matter management platforms) to get work done, and able to support others in the systems they use.
