Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial contracts, contract management, disputes, litigation, claims, or other contentious commercial matters
• Demonstrate a rigorous, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to reviewing complex legal matters
• Review matters across diverse industries and quickly develop an understanding of complex contractual and operational environments
• Work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate findings clearly and constructively

Requirements

• Strong experience reviewing and assessing complex commercial contracts and dispute matters
• Strong contract interpretation, legal research, and legal analysis skills
• Ability to review complex, multi-document matters with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of evidence, causation, contractual responsibility, legal remedies, and commercial risk
• Ability to identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, contradictions, and unsupported legal conclusions
• Excellent written communication, legal drafting, and documentation skills
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to assess legal, operational, and financial impacts
• Confidence working with legal technology and AI-enabled workflows
• Ability to provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback
• Strong accountability for maintaining the quality and accuracy of approved legal outputs
