Role Description

The Attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders.

• Work fully remote or hybrid in our offices: Manhattan, Buffalo, Garden City, Westchester County
• Report to clients and carriers
• Appear in Court for conferences and motions
• Comply with discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Coordinate medical examinations
• Prepare and file motions

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Defense
• Experience in Construction Litigation
• Knowledge of NY Labor Law (240, 241)
• Familiarity with Premises and General Liability
• Experience with Negligence cases
