[Hiring] Conflicts Coordinator @Dykema

Role Description

Dykema Gossett, PLLC is recruiting for an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches, and updates. The Conflicts Coordinator will perform conflict of interest checks and make preliminary reviews of the results for lateral hires. The position is fully remote and open to all office locations.

• Performs conflict-of-interest searches on the software systems for all new clients/matters, internal hires, internal searches, and updates.
• Performs corporate family research.
• Maintains appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant.
• Maintains search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches.
• Performs other basic clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three (3) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required.
• Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred.
• Knowledge of Intapp Open.
• Minimum three (3) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required.
• Background in corporate research or library-related work a plus.

Compensation

• Chicago: $50 - $60k
• Los Angeles: $54 - $64k
• Michigan Offices: $48 - $55k
• Milwaukee: $50 - $60k
• Minneapolis: $50 - $60k
• Austin, Dallas and Houston: $52 - $62k
• San Antonio: $48 - $55k
• Washington, D.C.: $52 - $62k

The offered salary will be determined by various factors including work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education, external market data, and internal equity considerations.
