What You'll Do:

• Manage a docket of single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution, with substantial autonomy and robust support.
• Focus on case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Engage in adversarial negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with operations, legal assistants, and firm leadership.
• Leverage structured, tech-enabled workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications

• CA-barred litigators with employment law experience.
• Strong adversarial negotiation skills.
• Experience with wage-and-hour and/or FEHA/ADA matters.
• Comfort working in tech-driven, highly structured systems.
• No interest in traditional firm hierarchy or ego-driven cultures.
• Attorneys from plaintiff-side firms, employment defense, or in-house roles are encouraged to apply—especially those ready to focus on litigation, not admin.

Requirements

• This role is 100% remote.
• Preference given to candidates in PT, MT, or CT time zones.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (flexible for top performers).
• Performance Bonuses: Common total comp $225,000–$250,000+.
• Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k).
