Role Description

The Associate Attorney role provides new hires with an opportunity to learn about and familiarize themselves with our various practice areas, as well as demonstrate their ability to meet performance expectations. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced volume-based environment. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Ohio Bar Required. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Local candidates within commuting distance of Fort Mitchell, KY or remote opportunity in Cleveland area preferred.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
• Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
• Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Requirements

• Juris Doctor
• Bar membership in Ohio is required
• Licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana preferred
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
