As an Associate Attorney at Orlans Law Group, you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking legal work. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Document Review:
Dive deep into legal documents, uncovering critical details that drive case strategies.

Craft compelling legal documents, from pleadings to motions to correspondences that set the stage for success.

Court Hearings:
Step into the courtroom and represent our clients with confidence and poise.

Client Interaction:
Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and support.

Legal Research:
Conduct in-depth legal research to stay ahead of the curve and ensure our clientsβ interests are protected.

Case Management:
Take charge of case files, ensuring meticulous organization and timely execution.

Settlement and Negotiations:
Master the art of negotiation, securing favorable settlements that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school
-
Admission to the Maryland state bar and in good standing, additional bar admissions a plus
-
No disciplinary action in the last 10 years

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive and collaborative mindset

Impeccable attention to detail and organization prowess

Strong negotiation skills and a knack for achieving win-win outcomes

Bankruptcy and Foreclosure experience preferred, not required
Requirements

Position requires strong Windows and MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) experience

Knowledge of Adobe/Nuance Power PDF

Comfortable with new technologies/websites
