Role Description

Designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements. Serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment. Linking business analyst needs and architect definition to technical solutions.

This role is responsible for leading and supporting high-profile Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) initiatives that address critical regulatory mandates and advance organizational capabilities to drive competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will quickly translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions, with experience in modern healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks such as FHIR and Da Vinci.

• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication capabilities to collaborate across external vendor partners and cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

The position also supports production operations, requiring:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to manage user incidents
• Participation in technical bridge calls
• Support for scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience
• Knowledge of application configuration
• Knowledge of Big Data Analytics - HAVeN / HADOOP / Autonomy / Vertica
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies
• Knowledge of Integration Technologies - Tibco/Informatica/CAS
• Knowledge of Mobile technologies - Phonegap / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages - BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY
• Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST

Base Pay Range: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
