Role Description
- Be responsible for System and Customers, provide quick responses and solutions
- Record all events in SS ticket system
- According to the impact and severity, be able to prioritize events and escalate issues
- Assist Tech L2 Support in PROD issues
- Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues
- Document and maintain system knowledge for team internally
Qualifications
- Education: Computer Science or related major
- At least 1 year experience in IT support and services, warehousing experience is preferred
- Excellent in Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
- Basic IT knowledge in Linux, network and Database performance
- Able to perform rotating shift work
- Be patient and good at analysing situations in Customer Sites
- Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
