[Hiring] SOC/NOC Security & Network Operations Analyst @Outsource Access

Role Description

This is a remote position.

At Outsource Access, we help growing MSPs and business leaders keep their digital infrastructure completely secure, optimized, and audit-ready. We don't just clear ticketing boards—we make sure every client environment is hardened, monitored, and running without a hitch.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Guarding the Frontlines: You will actively triage and own SOC/NOC boards, diving into SIEM, EDR, and network alerts to catch and contain security incidents long before they turn into operational disasters.
• Maintaining Zero-Defect Environments: You will take full command of patch and firmware management using ConnectWise and network consoles, ensuring every server, workstation, firewall, and switch is updated on schedule.
• Driving SLA Excellence: You will build, tune, and expand automated alerting rules across cloud and RMM environments so our detection fidelity stays high, noise stays low, and resolution SLAs are consistently met.
• Fortifying Compliance & Standards: Partnering directly with CISO and Compliance leadership, you will audit client environments against industry frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST) to deliver bulletproof security documentation.

Qualifications

• A Proven SOC/NOC Sentinel: You bring 3+ years of execution-first experience in a SOC, NOC, or multi-tenant MSP/MSSP environment, with practical knowledge of incident response, firewalls, and network lifecycle management.
• An SLA Champion: You take personal ownership of your ticket queues and response times, thriving in fast-paced environments where speed, accuracy, and detailed documentation matter.
• A Methodical Problem-Solver: You love digging into root causes, analyzing logs, and eliminating repeat issues through continuous process improvement and clear standard operating procedures.
• Tech-Savvy: You navigate ConnectWise, EDR/SIEM tools, cloud ecosystems (M365/Azure, Google Workspace), and network management consoles with ease.
