Role Description

Are you passionate about Microsoft Messaging technologies and helping organizations modernize their collaboration environments? Join our team and work with global clients on enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and Exchange initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration technologies.
• Strong customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver technical guidance.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset and passion for customer success.
