[Hiring] Senior IT Systems Engineer @Scape

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to drive our IT initiatives at Scape, a fully remote Swedish game studio. You will be responsible for:

• Managing IT for the whole company, including the team building Lemur, our proprietary multiplayer engine.
• Building IT as code using Terraform, PowerShell, pipelines, and pull requests.
• Running the desk, handling access, onboarding, guest requests, and mailboxes through Teams.
• Keeping administrative tasks organized, ensuring every subscription, seat, renewal, and invoice is accounted for.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• End-to-end SSO experience with SAML or OIDC.
• Proficient in writing Terraform scripts and managing Git workflows.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Cloudflare or a similar access layer.
• Strong communication skills, especially in a remote environment.
• Organized with financial documentation and renewals.
• Ability to lead and manage technical projects independently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Experience with DNS management and Zero Trust security.
• Ability to understand and resolve issues from brief messages.
• Experience with Atlassian cloud administration (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or similar CI tools is a plus.
• Background in a games studio or similar environment is a plus.
